Shipping

I ship all orders through USPS or UPS Ground. Unless otherwise noted, all orders will be shipped 2-5 days after payment is received. I use recycled packaging as much as possible to help defray costs and help the environment. 

I currently only ship within the continental US at this time.  I hope to add international shipping in the near future!

Local Pickup- If you are local to the Fredericksburg, VA area and would like to pickup your order, please use the code LOCALPICKUP at checkout.  Please email me to schedule a time for you to pick up your order.  (elizabeth@whitestoneartstudio.org)

In your email, please include your order number and LOCALPICKUP to the subject line. In the body of the email, please include your preferred pickup time/dates.  Please plan on scheduling a pickup within 10 calendar days of your purchase date.  And be sure to use the code ONLY if you are able to pick up the order within 10 days.  If you do not intend to pick up or can not with in 10 days, this could cause confusion and a delay in the receipt of your order.  

* If the 10 calendar days are exceeded and you have not picked up your order, we will refund your purchase cost minus a 20% restocking fee.

Returns

My desire is that you would be 100% satisfied with your purchase.   

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email me right away at elizabeth@whitestoneartstudio.org, with your order number. I will give a full refund (excluding the cost of shipping) within 5 days of the date you receive the artwork.

* The order must be returned just as it was delivered to you, in the same packaging and in the original condition.
