  • What is your return policy?

    Every piece of art and every order is handled with great care. I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

    If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, please email me right away. I will give a full refund (excluding the cost of shipping) within 5 days of the date you receive the artwork.

    The order must be returned just as it was delivered to you, in the same packaging and in the original condition.

  • Who owns the rights to your artwork?

    All artwork is created by Elizabeth Hodes of White Stone Art Studio unless otherwise noted. It is held under copyright and is the property of Elizabeth M. Hodes. The buyer may not reproduce or resell artwork in any way. @2021 Elizabeth M. Hodes All Rights Reserved.

  • What are your Shipping Costs?

    I ship all orders through USPS or UPS Ground. Shipping costs are posted at time of check out & are determined by size and weight of your order.

  • How does the Commission Process work?

    After filling out a request form, I’ll send you a informational PDF with details and costs of creating your unique work of art.

    • a 50% down payment & signed contract is due prior to creation of the artwork

    • You will receive at least 1 update on the progress & you’ll have the opportunity to address any concerns you have.

    • You’ll be notified by email when the commission is completed & artwork is mailed after final payment is received.
